Posts are grouped by what they need: Due now, Coming up, Drafts, Failed and Posted. Each row shows the text, when it goes out and on which channels.
What you can do with a post
| Action | What it does |

| Post it now | Sends a draft or scheduled post at once. |
| Edit | Opens it in the composer. |
| Make more like this | Starts a campaign with this post's words as its source, for fresh posts in the same vein as one that did well. |
| Repeat this post | Brings a good post back every few weeks ("evergreen"). On Facebook, Instagram and YouTube it is always reworded. Stop repeating ends it. |
| Track link clicks | Turns the links in it into short links, so you see clicks on the post once it's out. |
| Share to Facebook Groups | Facebook doesn't let apps post to Groups, so Creators Master writes a Group-friendly version for each of your Groups, copies it and opens the Group. |
| Promote | Boost a Facebook or Instagram post from here, paid from your own Meta ad account: you set the most it may spend, for how many days and where, and confirm before anything is spent. Stop it any time. The first time, Connect Meta ads links your ad account. Also on Analytics' top posts. YouTube videos are promoted in YouTube Studio. |
| Delete | Removes it. A post already out stays on the channel. |
Post types
Each post is one of four types: Teach (tips, how-tos), Entertain, Proof (what customers say and show) or Sell. Creators Master guesses the type from the words; change it from the post's menu. Today shows your mix over four weeks and which type works best with your audience.
