Write and send a post
The post composer: pick a voice and channels, write or let AI write, add media, then post now, schedule or get a reminder.
Press New post at the top right of any page. The composer opens with the form on the left and a live preview on the right.
Voice
The Voice at the top is the brand voice the AI writes in, and whose rules the post is checked against (hashtag limit, words to avoid, call to action). Set up Brand › Your business once; after that it is picked for you. See Your business.
Channels
Tick every channel the post goes to: X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube or Email. Under each channel it says how it goes out: Posts by itself when it's connected, Not connected when you can connect it in Brand › Channels, and Reminder only where Creators Master can't post for you. For the last two, at the time it reminds you, copies the text and opens the app.
A different text for each channel
With more than one channel picked, tabs appear above the text box, one per channel. Change the text on a tab and only that channel gets it. Use the text for all channels puts one text back everywhere. Instagram counts only 5 hashtags; LinkedIn and X have their own lengths; the counter under the box follows the channel you're on.
Write with AI
Press Write with AI, say in a few words what the post is about ("new cotton kurtis, ₹899, Diwali delivery"), and the AI writes it in your voice for the channel you're on. You can paste a product link: the price and name are read from the page, and the post uses only those facts. If a detail is missing it asks one question first; Write it anyway skips it.
Hindi and other Indian languages
Under the text box there is a language picker with two buttons. Hindi script (or Tamil script, Bengali script…) turns what you typed in English letters ("diwali se pehle nayi kurti") into the language's own script. Translate puts the whole post into the language you picked. Both can be undone from the message that appears.
These buttons show only when the server has an Indian-language service set up. See Indian languages.
Photos and videos
Drop images (up to 10 MB each) or videos (up to 200 MB) on Media, or paste a link. A video you made in Video can be sent straight to a post from its Export menu. Instagram needs at least one picture or video; YouTube needs exactly one video.
- Make a carousel from this post splits a long post into slides (free), or lets AI design them. LinkedIn gets them as a PDF.
- For a Reel or Short, Check the first 3 seconds looks at the opening (a clear promise, a face or movement, words on screen) and suggests three stronger openings.
Instagram options
These show once Instagram is connected, because Creators Master then posts it for you. Channels you don't use often are under More channels under the channel list.
- Story instead of a post: one picture or video, no caption.
- Trial Reel: shown first to people who don't follow you. You can share it with followers yourself, or let Instagram do it when it does well. Creators Master tells you how it did after two days.
- Paid partnership label, for paid, gifted or partner posts, naming the brand by its Instagram username if you like.
Post now, schedule or get a reminder
The main button at the bottom changes with what you picked:

| Schedule | Pick a date and time. Channels set to Post by itself post at that time, even with the tab closed. It shows under Scheduled until then. For a channel that isn't connected, the box under Schedule says so and links to Brand › Channels; until you connect it, the button says Remind me for that time. |
| Remind me | For channels you haven't connected: at the time you get a notification with the text copied and the app ready to open. Afterwards press Mark as posted. |
| Save draft | Keep it in Posts › All posts under Drafts and finish it later. |
"Chat to order" on WhatsApp
Add your WhatsApp number to your brand voice and every post can end with "Chat to order on WhatsApp:" and a link that opens a chat with the first message already typed. Each link is tracked, so you can see how many chats a post started.
