Brand deals: find brands, pitch, track
See which brands pay creators like you, write a pitch with your real numbers, and follow each deal from the first email to the money in.
Brands in your niche
Add creators like you in Posts › Plan › Your niche, on YouTube, Instagram or Bluesky. Brands in your niche then reads their recent descriptions, captions and posts for signs a brand paid: “sponsored by”, “paid partnership”, #ad, a promo code, or a link with an affiliate or campaign tag. Brands that paid more creators come first.
- See proof shows the posts and the line that named the brand.
- Site, Instagram and Their ads open the brand's website, its Instagram and the ads it runs now (Meta Ad Library).
- Pitch adds the brand to your deals.
Write the pitch
Open a deal to see its pitch. It is written from your media kit: your followers, and how many views a typical post gets on your best platform, since brands price on views. Add Your idea for them in a line and it goes in. Edit anything, then Copy, or Open in email when their contact is an email address. Mark as pitched when it's sent.
Track the deal
| Where it is | What it means |
|---|---|
| To pitch | You want to work with them. |
| Pitched | You sent the pitch. After 7 days with no answer you're reminded to follow up. |
| Talking | They answered and you're agreeing what and how much. |
| Agreed | Deal done. You're reminded 3 days before the post is due, and when it's late. |
| Posted | It's live. You're reminded to send the link and ask when it will be paid. |
| Paid | Money (or the product) is in. |
| No deal | It didn't happen. |
For each deal keep their contact, What you make, whether it's paid in Cash, Barter (product) or both, the amount, the due date, the post's link and notes. When you post it, tick the Paid partnership label in the composer's Instagram options and add your disclosure (#ad) on other platforms.
