Questions and fixes
Answers to what people ask most, and what to do when something doesn't work.
Posting
My post says posted, but I can't see it on YouTube.
If YouTube was connected through your own Google Cloud app that isn't verified yet, YouTube keeps every upload Private. The post shows "(not public)". Make it public in YouTube Studio, or connect with quick connect.
Instagram says it needs a picture.
Every Instagram post needs at least one picture or video, and a Story exactly one. Add one under Media.
A scheduled post failed.
Open it from Today or Posts › All posts under Failed. The reason is shown, usually an expired connection. Reconnect the channel in Brand › Channels, then press Post it now.
I don't want to connect my account. Can I still use it?
Yes. Write and schedule as normal; at the time you get a reminder with the text copied. Post it yourself, then press Mark as posted.
Can it post to Facebook Groups?
Facebook doesn't allow apps to post to Groups. Use Share to Facebook Groups on a post: it writes a Group-friendly version, copies it and opens the Group for you.
Video
My upload stopped halfway.
Pick the same file again (in the same project). It carries on from where it stopped. The footage panel also lists uploads that didn't finish.
Why is my clip marked "small copy"?
It's a quick 720p copy so you can start editing while the original uploads. Keep the tab open until it's replaced; it happens on its own.
The camera or microphone won't open.
Click the camera icon or padlock in the address bar and set Camera and Microphone to Allow. Close other apps using the camera (a video call, OBS) and press Try again.
"Choose what to share" does nothing.
Screen recording needs Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a computer. On a phone it isn't available.
It says "Queued · 2nd in line".
Your video waits its turn: one step runs at a time on a project, and the server makes a few videos at once for everyone. It starts on its own, so you can open another project or close the page. Cancel takes it out of the line; Stop ends one that has started. The last good video is always kept.
Can I use a Bollywood song in my Reel?
For a business account, not safely: the music licence inside Instagram covers personal use, not promotion. In the video editor, Add music for me picks free music that's safe for business videos and credits the artist for you.
Is my original video changed?
Never. Every cut, look and subtitle makes a new copy, and older versions are kept in History, so you can always go back.
Will Instagram put an AI label on my reel?
Cuts, subtitles, zooms and colour are editing, not AI-made content: your face, your voice, your words. AI pictures, AI voices and moving photos are made by AI. If you add those, the platform may label the post, and it's honest to say so in the caption.
Will this get me more views?
Nobody can honestly promise views. What it changes is how often you can post and how finished each video looks. More videos you're happy with means more chances.
Account and money
A paid button says I don't have enough credits.
Nothing was charged. Your credits renew on the same day each month, and the Credits page shows the date. If you have fewer than 300 left you can press Request extra credits there. Free tools keep working.
Is my data private?
Your projects, posts and images belong to your workspace; other users can't see or open them. AI images are kept privately and get a public link only if you post them.
Where do I see what was spent?
Open your name at the top right and press See credit usage: what's left, what each feature, day and profile used, and every charge.
Still stuck? In Creators Master, open your name at the top right and press Send feedback.
